Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 November 2026. Please read these terms carefully — every business accepts them before its registration is sent for approval.

1. About these terms

Atlanwa Connect (“Connect”) is an online business referral forum at atlanwa.com/connect, run by Atlanwa Innovations Private Limited, Chennai (“Atlanwa”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who registers a business (“Member”) and to everyone who browses, searches, responds to posts or contacts Members (“User”). By registering, submitting, posting, responding or requesting a meeting you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Connect.

2. Atlanwa is only a platform

  • Connect only gives businesses a place to introduce themselves, share requirements (“Asks”) and offers (“Gives”), and arrange meetings.
  • Atlanwa is not a party to any enquiry, quotation, order, contract, payment, meeting or deal between Members or Users, and does not act as an agent, broker, guarantor, escrow or representative of anyone.
  • We do not guarantee any number of views, responses, referrals, meetings, customers or any business outcome.

3. Verification is limited

Before listing a business we look at the details, proof documents and video it submits. This is a basic check only. A “Verified by Atlanwa” badge means the documents looked genuine when we reviewed them — it is not an endorsement, recommendation, credit check, licence check or guarantee of a Member’s identity, honesty, quality, capacity, prices or financial standing. Always do your own due diligence before doing business with anyone you meet through Connect.

4. No responsibility for losses, scams, defamation or spam

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanwa, its directors, employees and partners are not responsible or liable for:

  • any financial or business loss, loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or data, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from using Connect or dealing with anyone met through it;
  • fraud, scams, cheating, impersonation, fake businesses, fake documents, advance-payment or phishing attempts by any Member or User;
  • non-payment, late payment, non-delivery, poor quality, defects, delays or breach of contract in any deal between Members or Users;
  • any defamatory, false, misleading, offensive or unlawful statement, post, video, message or review made by any Member or User;
  • spam, unsolicited calls, e-mails, WhatsApp or other messages sent by any Member or User, on or outside Connect;
  • misuse of contact details, documents or information that a Member chose to share with others;
  • anything that happens at, or because of, a one-to-one meeting, whether online or in person, including personal safety, travel and expenses;
  • infringement of anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights by content a Member uploads;
  • interruptions, errors, data loss or downtime of the website.

If Atlanwa is nevertheless found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees) or the amount you paid Atlanwa for Connect in the previous 12 months, whichever is higher.

5. Member responsibilities

  • Everything you submit — business details, GST / PAN and other documents, logo, video, posts and messages — must be true, current, lawful and yours to share.
  • You are solely responsible for your posts, video, messages, meetings, quotations, deals, taxes, licences and compliance with the law.
  • Keep your account secure. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • Tell us promptly if your details change, or if you notice fraud or misuse.

6. What is not allowed

  • Fake, duplicate or impersonating registrations, or forged / someone else’s documents.
  • Spam, bulk or repeated unsolicited messages, chain or pyramid / multi-level-marketing schemes.
  • Scams, advance-fee requests, phishing, or asking for passwords, OTPs or bank details.
  • Defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, threatening or misleading content, or content about other people without their consent.
  • Illegal, restricted or regulated goods and services offered without the required licence.
  • Scraping, copying or exporting other Members’ details, or using them for anything other than genuine business enquiries.
  • Harassment of anyone, including at meetings.

7. Your video and content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give Atlanwa a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, convert, display and show it on Connect and to share it on Atlanwa’s own channels to promote Connect, for as long as it is listed. Your video is re-encoded for the web and shown in turn in the daily spotlight; Atlanwa chooses the order and may skip, shorten or remove any video.

8. Moderation, suspension and removal

Atlanwa may approve or decline any registration, and may edit, hide or remove any post, video or profile, or suspend or remove any Member, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice or reason — in particular for breaking these terms or after complaints. Atlanwa does not have to monitor content and is not liable for any delay in removing it.

9. Your information

Your business details, video and posts are public on Connect once listed. Your phone and WhatsApp are shown to signed-in visitors only if you allow it. Your proof documents, GST and PAN numbers are seen only by Atlanwa’s team for verification, and are never shown on Connect. When you respond to a post or request a meeting, your name, e-mail and the details you enter are sent to that Member. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanwa, its directors and employees against any claim, loss, damage, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your dealings with other Members or Users, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

11. Reporting a problem

If you see fraud, spam, a fake business or offensive content, write to [email protected] with the business name and what happened. We review reports, but cannot recover money or settle disputes between Members — for fraud, also report to the police / cyber crime cell (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930).

12. Fees and changes

Connect is free to join at present. Atlanwa may introduce paid plans, change or discontinue Connect, or update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use Connect after that means you accept them.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from Connect.
